These figures summarize readings reported in the source video and apply to the tested setup and conditions.
What did the WattCycle battery deliver? The tested 51.2V 314Ah wall-mount battery returned 319.2Ah in the capacity test and supported an observed load of roughly 10.4kW through a separate inverter. The load segment demonstrates that setup for the shown period; it does not certify an unlimited continuous power rating.

Tested model and measurement boundary
This is the WattCycle 51.2V 314Ah wall-mount LiFePO4 battery, not a server-rack pack or a different capacity revision. The capacity setup uses a WattCycle 12,000W hybrid inverter, a Victron SmartShunt and an EG4 Chargeverter as the load. The transcript describes slightly more than 63A, approximately a 0.2C discharge rate for 314Ah.
| Quantity | Evidence type | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| 314Ah at 51.2V | Rated values | 51.2 × 314 = 16,076.8Wh nominal; this is calculated rated energy |
| 319.2Ah | Measured SmartShunt result | Watch the source video / Watch the source video |
| About 10,400W and 222A | Observed load-segment readings | Watch the source video; distinct AC power and battery-current readings |
Interpretation and limits
319.2Ah is about 1.7% above the 314Ah rating in this test. Amp-hours measure charge, not usable AC energy. Multiplying that result by nominal voltage is not a measured kWh result, and the transcript does not provide an integrated AC-energy total or instrument uncertainty.
The heavy-load segment uses appliances through the inverter. The presenter says there were insufficient loads available to reach the inverter's full 12,000W limit. The transcript does not document a long-duration thermal endurance test, repeated cycles or a calibrated maximum continuous rating. Do not combine the capacity run and heavy-load segment as if they were one test.
The communications demonstration is with the WattCycle inverter shown in the video. Statements about other inverters using a similar protocol are not a verified compatibility matrix. Confirm the exact battery/inverter revisions, firmware and supported communications in the manufacturers' current documentation.
Buying and installation context
The $2,499 figure belongs to the original video's price context, not a verified current offer. Check current price, included equipment and exact revision. Have a qualified installer assess the complete system; this review is evidence about performance, not a wiring or installation guide.
